The Immorality Of Germany’s ‘Refugees Welcome’ Culture Explained By German Economist Sinn

ENGLISH SUBS! Leading German economist Sinn arrives at a shattering conclusion for the proponents of a German “Refugees Welcome” culture, as he ties it to rising unemployment, higher competition for low-wage workers, crushing economic costs of integration, rise in crime and the thousands of deaths of hopeful refugees trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea.

This is a lecture given in March 2016 under the original title “Die neue Völkerwanderung” (“The new people’s migration”) at the German IFO Institute. Sinn addresses who benefits and who loses from the more than 1 million refugees that arrived in Germany just in 2015, on ethics and responsibility, the legal side and on the distinction of “faithful ethics” (what Germany did) versus “responsibility ethics” (what states like Spain are doing).
