I love it! come stai bellissimo angelo? you’re the cutest yeah that’s how Italians are, kissing and kissing cheeks. I like your presentation here I learned a lot. there’s always differences in every culture right? and you can speak Italian that’s so cool. I’m Italian background and can’t speak it. Germans and Italians it was great too hear your views on them. wow no speed limit in Germany? that’s wild and Italians can get wild on the road I was in Italy for a short while in my Navy days and saw how cray they can be with their fiats. lol The part about the girls that was funny. You did this for your grandfather’s birthday? how sweet of you he’s 86, God Bless him.

Don’t forget that Italy is the second country in terms of industrial production after Germany, it goes without saying that Italian are creatives. You’re right we have to improve and work hard to our costumer care approach and so on….
